Maison 1 is ideally situated opposite the Cesarine Park in between the beaches and the town centre, within easy walking distance of everything Carnac has to offer.

For up to 8 people, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, an open kitchen with a living room which opens out on to a private terrace and enclosed garden. A garage and two private parking spaces are also available. There is also free on-street parking outside the house.

Bedroom 1 : Ground floor, double bed (160cm), private shower room, separate private WC.

Bedroom 2: 1st Floor, double bed (160cm), dressing room, private shower room, separate private WC.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 : 1st Floor, family suite comprising a double bedroom (160cm) with dressing room, one children’s bedroom (bunkbeds 70cm x 140cm), private bath/shower room and separate private WC.
